About The Event

The Canada-Africa Farmers Exchange Conference (CAFEC) aims to facilitate intercontinental knowledge and investment exchange between Canadian and African farmers. This includes the exchange of farming techniques, methodologies, and technical know-how, including as necessary, import and export and trade of organic agricultural commodities and produce. The conference will involve farmers, food processors and packagers, farm machinery manufacturers, veterinary and Botanists, and farming consultants.

Note:

  1. Registration entitles you to an invitation letter (if applicable) to support your visa application.
  2. Registration fee is only for your participation in the program and does not include flight cost, accommodation, local transport, feeding, and any other associated personal upkeep.
  3. An 80% refund can be requested within 48 hours of fee payment if the registrant wishes to cancel registration. After 48 hours from payment, no refund will be given for any reason.
  4. If your visitor Visa is refused by Canada, you may forward your registration to the next up coming conference, and a new invitation letter will be sent to the registrant.
  5. Once the registration payment is received, we will administer your invitation letter, any other Visa related issues or processes are unrelated to our organization or any of our programs.
