Through our established relationships, we will set up a tour for you at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, University of the Fraser Valley and The University of British Columbia agricultural programs. These tours will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of cutting edge agricultural practices, research, and education programs available.

Important Note: Rates are as indicated and subject to change.

The registration fee is $550 CAN plus applicable taxes.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate our participants while maintaining the integrity of our administrative processes.
  2. You may cancel your registration within 48 hours of completing your registration to receive a 90% refund of your payment. Please note that this refund is subject to the deduction of administration costs.
  3. Registration entitles you to an invitation letter (if applicable) to support your visa application.
  4. Registration fee is only for your participation in the program and does not include flight cost, accommodation, local transport, feeding, and any other associated personal upkeep.
  5. The invitation letter provided upon registration is intended to support your travel visa application. However, it does not guarantee visa approval. If your visa application is denied by the Government of Canada, no refund will be issued. You may, however, transfer your conference or tour registration to the next available dates.
  6. Non-Refundable Circumstances - No refund will be issued for any other reasons beyond the initial 48-hour cancellation window.
  7. Once the registration payment is received, we will administer your invitation letter, any other Visa related issues or processes are unrelated to our organization or any of our programs.
